Finally, after almost 4.5 years of battling an NHS Trust my Mum's negligence case has been settled. Its been a distressing and overwhelming road for our family losing our Mum, Wife and Nanny. We were happy that Francesca initially, then Alex gave us the family time to explain our concerns following Mum's sudden and unexpected death in 2017. Other firms were not interested.
