Good at getting the job done for the home buying process however feel as though they could keep you in the loop a bit better regarding updates. The only time we got updated is when we chased it up. Also, one of the receptionists is EXTREMELY rude and abrupt, we would dread ringing in case it was her on the end of the phone because her customer service skills are non existent and she is sarcastic and miserable.

Appalling. Acted for my buyer, and when my solicitor enquired about progress she was told by email that it was none of her business. My estate agent warned me this was a poor firm- they were not wrong.
Rude, unprofessional, imperious. Tinpot little Kent firm acting like they thought they were big-city hotshots. Laughable. I chose another buyer with a professional solicitor.

We have just sold and bought our new house through Piggots and we could not recommend them enough! Stephen particularly took great care and was there for us at every step of the way even at unsociable hours and right to the end where there was a delay of completion funds but he sorted it after one phone call. The whole team were really professional and we would definitely recommend Stephen and his team for an amazing job as we moved into our new house today this wouldnt have been possible without them!
