Stephen Cowell will handle your matter and regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by him. Stephen gained a degree in building surveying at Greenwich University in 1996 and having decided that he preferred the legal side of property then took a conversion course to law at London Guildhall.

We specialise in residential conveyancing and can help you with the process of selling, buying and mortgaging. Our expertise enables us to provide full conveyancing services. Our guidance includes helping you through the procedure from the initial stage all the way to moving in on the day of completion, including paying the stamp duty land tax (if any) and dealing with registering your purchase at the Land Registry.

Our residential conveyancing prices are set out below and are all on a fixed fee no completion no fee basis as regards our legal fees please note that disbursements e.g. Please note that from time to time depending on available capacity we may not take on leasehold sales or purchases, land sales or purchases or remortgages.
How we handle complaints

However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem. In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage.
