I've been going here for 7 years, but have had my last try. Imo, they should not be called a mens barber shop if they dont take walk ins. I've never prebooked an appt here. After pandemic reopening, they appear to have switched over to bookings only. I've walked in 3 times in the last 2 weeks and asked about availability. Each time I was told they had none available that day. Each time was 3-4 hours before closing. Previous to this I was turned away twice, before getting in for a cut on the third try. Being turned away 5 of 6 times is not a walk in friendly service. The pandemic appears to have
