My daughter (aged 11) had two inches cut off. A straight cut - no layers. We were charged 38 when the website said 30 and I had confirmed the amount with a rather impatient/rude receptionist in the morning (she said a straight cut was 30, after being very unclear initially). Sotira wasn't keen on washing my daughter's hair either - as it would mean she would have to "blast it" - dry it. The whole experience felt rushed - the kind of feeling when you are the last client and the owner wants to go home and has no motivation to provide a full service. The haircut took all of 10 minutes. I just love coming to see Sotira at her salon. The whole team are warm and friendly and as always she works her magic and I always leave feeling pampered! My hair has been transformed since meeting Sotira and I travel all the way from Kent to see her every 3 weeks! The atmosphere in the salon is always welcoming and I couldnt recommend these wonderful ladies enough! Thank you Sotira G for being the BEST hairdresser!!!!!
