Appointment to value my house at 5 o'clock yesterday 11th November. They phoned my daughter to confirm it yesterday morning. No-one turned up! When she contacted them this morning she was told someone would phone her back. We are still waiting!

Can not recommend Penny Smyth Estates enough. We have experience on both selling and buying through Penny Smyth and can't fault on either side. We had been buying from another agent and was a nightmare, we had pull out of other purchase. Penny and Kerry found us a house in area we wanted and the rest is history. A lot of stress, more down first house we were buying, lost a buyer and other agent totally messed us around, but their good humour helped ease the pressure and they kept us going through what felt a lifetime of ups and downs.
