Booked in with my girlfriend to view a property last night at 6pm. Email from estate agents says, "That's you booked in, enjoy the viewing." Show up having driven 15 miles and my girlfriend having left work early and driving 17 miles to get there. Knock on the door and no-one is home. Try to contact the estate agents, but get only an answering machine. Girlfriend sends an email explaining the situation but it is futile as it is obvious to me that no-one is going to respond anytime soon. Wait for a while before going home. Girlfriend gets an email this morning that our booking was not in fact confirmed
