I was a new customer at Passion Hair, and they quoted me a fantastic price in line with their Groupon voucher. I had half head blonde highlights, with a conditioning treatment and toner, with a haircut and fantastic blow dry and shaping. All of this for only 65. The staff were very friendly, and I really love my colour and cut. It is a small and intimate salon. Nice calm acoustic music, instead of painful ongoing pop music. Silva listened to everything I asked for, when I described to her the colour that I wanted. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you!

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted just yesterday. First, the woman was late to my appointment; I had to wait 5-10 minutes before I was even seen. Then the whole process felt rushed, and the service provided was inadequate. The eyebrow shape wasn't good at, and it hasn't even lasted the 2-3 weeks I was informed it would. It didn't even last a day. Worst of all, I was burnt along the top of my eyelid.
I can't even say it was worth it. I wasted money on a place I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, and I am scarred as a result. Do not go here for eyebrow shaping and tinting. Absolutely disgusting

I was really looking forward to having my hair done at this salon as the reviews sounded
good. I went in and asked for a full head of colour, cut and blow dry + hair treatment. The
hairdressers (Silva/Olga) both recommended I have some highlights put at the top to lighten
my hair a little as it was previously black and I wanted to go dark brown. I was very
apprehensive as I had highlights put in years ago and it made my hair go ginger. This was all
mentioned to them, and they reassured me that it wouldnt happen. I went ahead and I really wish I hadnt. My hair went gingery brown at

I went to get my hair coloured and then a wash, cut and blow-dry. I have long thick hair and Silva was very patient and friendly and did a great job. I also had the Olaplex treatment which is great for the hair and paid extra for this. My hair was then cut by Olga who is also very friendly and professional and has given me a great new haircut, it feels much lighter and easier to manage. When I was in there, some of the Clients were quite rude to the stylists, but they carried on with a smile and dealt with them professionally and politely. It is a lovely small salon and I would recommend it and
