Pixi Beauty UK I have messaged you twice about 2 separate tubs of double cleanse that have issues however nobody has responded. The first tub has a horrendous smell coming coming from it and the second one started off with black dots in it, then green marks appeared around the edges and now wine coloured segments have developed. Is this expected or is something wrong? To me it looks like there is some contamination in the product. I would appreciate a reply ASAP.

I am writing this with the intention of hopefully adding an update for the better but I am simply appauled by this Company. As a huge fan of Pixi Beauty, I am so disappointed in this brands customer service. I contacted the number supplied online (Which turns out, is just their store number) in regards to my mum who is also a massive Pixi fan. I bought for her as an early birthday present, the Rose Ceramide cream because I had heard amazing things and was informed it's great for sensitive skin, which my mum has. My mum ended up having a severe reaction to this cream. She's ended up in hospital
