I was born in Fleetwood and was running the family Hoi Kin Restaurant when I was just 14! I then made my first cocktail at the Kwok Man Chinese Restaurant in Chinatown and went to live in Hong Kong when I was 20. I then taught English in Hong Kong and helped in our family seafood restaurant on Tap Mun Island in the NewTerritories.
