I went from having very long hair down my back, to a shoulder length bob. Usually when I do this the hairdresser shows some compassion and understanding and asks if I'm ready etc. Here the girl I went to abruptly hacked it off haphazardly to above my shoulders and the finished result was very boxy. She didn't cut into it after the technical cut was finished, so there was no personalisation to try and make it suit my face or hair type at all. My hair is thick and having a shorter cut means weight needs to be taken out of it otherwise it looks like a legoman. Stupidly went back a second time and

Asked for balayage hair was lightened that much it was bleached to white blond toner was applied twice to tone down my hair .Hair was lightened too much not needed as only wanted a slight lightness in… hair.Stylist then cut layers into my hair that I didn’t want .when asked I told the stylist I didn’t want layers as I liked my hair one length .I only realised I had short layers cut into my hair after when people pointed it out .Hair after broke off down to being over bleached hair because of layers being cut looked a total mess .Still trying to cut the layers back in to make

Went for a wash and blow dry. Service felt rushed and despite explaining to my stylist my concern about my hair being bushy I left with a style that frizzed and became bushy as soon as I left the salon instead of being sleek and frizz free.Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic! the wash and massage was exceptional and relaxing! the actual cut was amazing, was given great service and read regularly reassured and asked about the length step by step. 10/10 would definitely recommend of you have longer hair

Last week i went there for redesign my hair. Lily did my hair infact i should say she spoiled my hair. I told her to do bob not too short. But She cut my hair too short, i was still ok with that. But when i shampooed my hair after 2 days on my holiday, i noticed it was all spoiled. My hair were longer on one side and shorter on another side. From the back and front it was looking so funny. It spoiled my holiday mood also. I had a really bad experience there. It happened with me first time in my life. Now i don't know wat to do. I can't go to another salon to fix it because it is already very short

I book at this salon regular for me an my daughter, and they are always chatty and friendly, but recently at the last 2 visits Ive noticed when I call to book the lady gives me a price for the cut and finish and when I get to the salon they charge me more than what I was told. I dont have any treatments so dont understand.
