We appreciate that under certain circumstances missed appointments can't be helped. If you need to cancel or reschedule we do require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost and no shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment cost.

We advise booking your lash and tinting treatments in advance due to our 48 hour patch test policy. This treatment is a combination of tinting, waxing, tweezing and finished with the application of brow makeup. Specially designed to create perfectly shaped eyebrows, filling in any areas which have been over plucked and can cover over scar tissue.
