How quickly are orders dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 3 full working days. Most UK deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch.

What is the free delivery threshold?

Orders over £50 (inc VAT) qualify for free delivery to most UK addresses. Remote areas may incur additional charges.

Report damage within 48 hours for a replacement. Claims require photographic evidence and return of the damaged item.

An absolutely amazing company! I asked for a custom design to frame my vinyls, they did an amazing job, I don't think I could find another business that could do it better. After discovering the website and that the main office is near my home I started using Easy Frame for my artwork. Ive had a number of concert posters, signed band T-shirts and music memorabilia framed from the team. The management and staff are great, welcoming and the kind of customer service that has kept me coming back time and time again. The pricing is in line with the workmanship, just an all-round great business.

I have ordered a number of frames over recent weeks to sort out the pictures and photos from the loft (at last!). All have been good value, exactly as the website and received very quickly. Far cheaper than using a high street framer and the one tiny issue I had was resolved straight away.

Frame arrived Broken. Called up and advised of the problem almost immediately and as told to send back. Quite obvious that something had been dropped on it / it had been dropped by the state of the box.
Was told by the Rob that it had been used - Which it hadn't as no screws had been inserted and that we wouldnt be getting a refund. We thought we may be able to glue it in the first instance but couldn't risk the picture falling off the wall. Poor quality and even worse customer service.
AVOID - You can get better quality elsewhere.

Ordered a custom frame for my odd shaped print and was really happy. The website was easy-to-use, great to visualise the output, frames were incredibly customisable and despite the current delays with the post at the moment due to Covid19, my order was delivered to me on time, well-packaged and as expected. The frame is absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier!
