I have over 22+ years of experience and have trained with numerous teachers from the both India and the west, you can find out more about my classes and experience within the site. I teach a breath lead approach to Yoga posture work which is the integration of mind, body and breath in a step by step way which can be adapted to all levels.

All classes are now back on a face to face basis except for my Saturday class which is on Zoom until October. I came to Yoga in 1999 via tanscendental meditation with local teacher Chris Greathead and shortly after found an Iyengar Yoga class with Mary Putman which was a great foundation. I found the combination of regular posture work and meditation really keeps the mind and body in balance.

Classes are structured to allow students to develop at their own pace from beginners through to experienced. Gift vouchers are also available, if you have any questions please contact. These sessions last up to two hours and are tailored to the individual(s) needs please contact for further information and price.
Workshops

Home practice will be given each month in preparation for the following month, please contact to reserve your place. Come and celebrate a full day of Yoga practice with local teachers from around the region, and a wonderful chance to reconnect with fellow practitioners. David will be teaching 3 sessions during the day based around Asana, foundations of Pranayama and developing stillness towards meditative awareness.
Thai Massage
Report
Thai massage is performed on the floor fully clothed which allows for ease of specific movements to be carried out. Using a combination of pressure with palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows & feet and additional stretching movements these have a very releasing affect on the clients body in the same way as Yoga postures.
