I met with Leo for my appointment two days ago. My feet are feeling very relieved! He was very thorough, informative, helpful and considerate during the whole appointment. There was no rushing around all. Impressed that someone so young (nearly everyone is young compared to me these days!) was so professional and competent. The same I say for Amber on reception and Louise who i communicated with initially via email. 'I'll be back' in two months but not like The Terminator!!!

I had a severely ingrown toenail on both sides of the toe. I had been on the NHS minor surgeries waiting list for months. My doctor, I think in good faith, advised that I hang on a little longer in order to up my chances of getting it seen to for free, but after two infections and winding up not able to walk I booked in at LR for surgery. The staff were very nice, very personable, I might even say pleasantly informal, but the professionalism of Louise (podiatrist) was undeniable. She was very patient with my needle phobia and conversed with me as she performed surgery which helped put me at ease

I highly recommend LR Podiatry. Louise did a full assessment of my feet, explained clearly what my issues are, and offered great advice as well as a rehabilitation plan. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable with her. If my family lived locally then I'd be sending them all to her! She was happy to answer follow up questions. Thank you for all your support.
