I felt very welcome when arriving here today. I could use the microwave to heat a ready made meal I had bought. And there's crockery to use too. Breakfast is included in the price. Grocery shops, Restaurants and Bars nearby too.

This place is comfortable and very reasonably priced. My wife and I had a very enjoyable short stay. Great location, easy walk to city centre. Lovely walk along riverside. Local restaurants are good and close by. Looking forward to return visit.

We had a wonderful experience at the Athollbank Guest House. We came to stay with our two young girls while we looked for a flat in Dundee. The owners welcomed us and were a great help in finding reputable letting agents in town. The family room was great as we could all stay together. The breakfast was fantastic as well. As for the other reviewer's experience with dog poo - we did find around Dundee that people sometimes didn't curb their dogs, but the Athollbank garden and surrounding area was always well maintained during our stay.
