Operations Director
Karen joined Zaza as a waitress over twenty years ago and has driven its expansion to over 200 staff. She focuses on team building, customer service, and maintaining quality standards across all locations.
Simone
Executive Head Chef
Born in Northern Italy, Simone has over 20 years of culinary experience. He joined Zaza in 2014 after working in restaurants across the UK, specialising in traditional Italian cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients.
Octavian
General Manager Bushey
Octavian joined Zaza in 2013 and became General Manager in 2015. He leads the Bushey team with a focus on customer service, transforming it into a flagship location known for its spicy Penne Arrabbiata.
Asia
General Manager Pinner
Asia started as a waitress in 2009 and became Pinner's General Manager after refurbishment. She builds loyal customer bases through quality service and her signature Grilled Sea Bass dish.
Sonia
General Manager Ruislip
Sonia began at Ruislip in 2014 before managing Pinner and returning as General Manager. Her leadership has strengthened Ruislip's reputation, particularly for Veal Milanese dishes.

Lovely restaurant nestled away on the high street. Great service, food is amazing. My 4yr old had the margarita pizza and said its the best one she had and she's a fussy eater. The waitress was very attentive and diligent in that she checked if a dish was egg free as my sister has an allergy. If you are in the area and looking for a bite to eat, then definitely pop in , you will not he disappointed

Comfy cosy establishment located right on the high street. Was seated upstairs with my other half, was the perfect quiet location we desired that night. Food was lovely, meatball calzone was huge, I couldnt quite finish it all! Mrs had carbonara which was also very generous in portion size. Decided to go for some starters we hadnt had before; they were all lovely. Its a no fuss cosy restaurant, Just what we needed. Recommend.

Went for my birthday and had a lovely time & great food! Unfortunately the waitresses made a major blunder (serving a vegan non vegan food...) and we're very poor in their handling of the situation... offering the mistaken dish for free as if we would have been expected to pay for it. Very disappointed especially knowing the standard of other venues in the area.

Really nice restaurant with good food and friendly service. We had a mixture of dietary needs and all were catered for without difficulty. I had 3 courses and all were nicely flavoured, well cooked and well presented. The only complaint I had was no draught lager but ultimately this is a minor thing and they had good bottled options.
