I purchased a flat through Ralph James the sales team were excellent. I then had the opportunity to work with the Lettings team to let out the flat which again was excellent service. Joanna from Lettings was extremely patient as things did not go to plan and took longer to let out however she continued the great service and was very determined and finally found a great tenant for me.

Sam has been such a great help in finding a place to stay and in the process of the renewal. Very professional and kind and is always quick to respond to my emails or phone calls.
