Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through evidence-based treatments. We specialise in restoring mobility and function for patients with back pain, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation needs. Using manual therapy techniques combined with tailored exercise programmes, we help patients recover from injuries while preventing future complications. Our approach focuses on individual patient needs through comprehensive assessments and ongoing progress evaluations.
Acupuncture
Western medical acupuncture forms part of our pain management strategy. This evidence-based treatment stimulates nerve endings to trigger natural pain relief mechanisms. We use ultra-fine needles to target specific points, helping reduce chronic pain and accelerate recovery from musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment sessions incorporate traditional physiotherapy principles while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards throughout the process.
Shockwave Therapy
Extracorporeal shockwave therapy treats chronic tendon conditions using targeted mechanical energy. This non-invasive treatment stimulates healing responses in affected tissues, particularly effective for plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow. Sessions typically last 10-15 minutes with most patients requiring 4-8 treatments. The therapy promotes blood flow and tissue regeneration while avoiding surgical risks and medication side effects.
Electrotherapy
Our electrotherapy treatments use controlled electrical currents to manage pain and accelerate tissue healing. This modality effectively addresses nerve pain, muscle wasting, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. By stimulating nerve pathways and muscle fibres, we help reduce inflammation while improving circulation. Treatments are carefully calibrated to each patient's tolerance levels and form part of comprehensive rehabilitation programmes.
Rehabilitation Plans
Personalised rehabilitation plans guide patients through structured recovery journeys. Each programme combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to optimise functional outcomes. We regularly review progress against specific goals while adjusting treatment intensity according to individual recovery rates. Home exercise components ensure continuity between clinical sessions, promoting faster and more complete recovery.
