Wow wow wow! Knowing very little about repairing a leaking toilet. I popped in looking for a rubber pipe seal. What I got was a 'masterclass' in how to fit the rubber seal, a step by step of what to do and in what order. And importantly what NOT to do. I returned home and unsuccessfully fitted the seal. I returned to the shop and explained to Matt what was going wrong. To my total surprise he said "where do you live" (I'm just down the road) and without hesitation he jumped into my car and 15 mins later had the problem solved! Customer service that was second to none. Honesty and willing to help

Could not want more from a bathroom supply shop! Great selection of products, great prices and the fact they also offer an installation service is just as ideal as it gets! Staff are also very friendly and always go above and beyond to make you feel like more than just another person in the shop! Also make a good cup of tea
