Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal disorders through hands-on techniques. We address back pain, joint issues, and postural problems by improving mobility and reducing pain. Our approach integrates soft-tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, and rehabilitative exercises tailored to individual needs.
Sports Injury Treatment
Specialised care for sports-related injuries, including sprains, strains, and overuse conditions. Our osteopaths use evidence-based techniques to accelerate recovery, restore function, and prevent future injuries. Treatment combines manual therapy, strength training, and sport-specific rehabilitation plans for athletes of all levels.
Paediatric Osteopathy
Gentle osteopathic treatment for infants and children, addressing issues like birth trauma, postural imbalances, and developmental concerns. Our practitioners, with postgraduate paediatric training, use non-invasive techniques to support natural healing and promote healthy growth in young patients.
Back Pain Treatment
Targeted interventions for acute and chronic back pain, including lumbar strain and disc-related discomfort. We employ spinal mobilisation, muscle release techniques, and posture correction strategies to alleviate pain and enhance spinal function, supported by tailored exercise programmes.
Joint Pain Management
Comprehensive management of joint pain affecting shoulders, knees, hips, and ankles. Treatment focuses on reducing inflammation, improving range of motion, and strengthening surrounding muscles through manual therapy, taping, and activity modification to restore joint health.

Have been visiting this practice for many years re chronic pain. As been to multiple practioners in the past I woud never use anywhere else again. Roy is honest kind & extremely experienced. If he can help he says so, & you will not be told you need many visits for the sake of it. Highly recommended.

The Colin Dove Practice has been very helpful in reliving me of my shoulder pain. The pain restricted me of everyday normal movement and now I am able to move freely all because of physiotherapy treatment I am receiving. I go once a week and will continue to go there as they are excellent in their profession.
