The driver was actually very nice guy. But I wouldnt use them again. My husband made a payment over the phone and next day his card was used in Pakistan.

I prebooked a taxi over 24hours in advance only for them to ring me 20 minutes before to say they cannot provide their service despite them taking the money out of my bank account. Not reliable at all and felt incredibly stressed as a girl by myself in the middle of London. I got an Uber in the end which was more reliable and cheaper. Dont use Raynes Park Cars - they dont deliver on their promise and leave you stranded.

My driver was an absolute legend. Sooo helpful with my luggage and super supportive on a very stressful day. I used this firm the day prior and that driver was equally friendly and helpful.

This cab company is a ripoff. They charge 50% more than the local cab companies to Heathrow and Gatwick.

We order a taxi and it didn't arrive so I called after 10 minutes. They said they didn't have a record of our booking. They said they would send someone out straight away and they'd be there in 5 minutes. After another 25 minutes we decided to cancel. No apology for the delays. Poor service. Will not be using them again!
