After using many couriers from small companies to recognised giant companies, i was let down by many, even by well known recognised firms the service was really awful, our company stands on customer satisfaction, from purchasing the item to the delivery, after being let down by many we came across Breakwells last year, and I personally think this… review will not do justice to how excellent this company is, from collection to delivery we are notified of every move, they even work around our timings which a-lot of firms don’t do, next year will be one of the biggest years for us in

No idea about customer service and load handling risk assessment. Delivery happens when they are next in the area, but no idea when, and customers are expected to help lift heavy loads as they only send one driver. Not impressed.
