Terrible terrible practice and doctor, should be shut down. CQC is a joke if they continue to pass inspections.

Receptionists just put the phone down on you and can't be bothered answering the phone. Once you do get through the doctor cant be bothered sorting out your problems or giving you the proper medication for your needs. On top of this, when they reluctantly do give you medication they send it to whichever chemist they see fit and make you travel! Shambles of a doctors i dont know how they still have any patients!! Wouldn't even give them a star if I could!!

Doctors are good but the receptionists, the managers and admin staff is the worst ever. The phone is always busy and if not busy no one answers. Today we had to call 25 times just to get an appointment booked. I don't understand what have they hired these reception ladies for?
