Sarah completed her Osteopathic training at Leeds Metropolitan University to achieve a Masters' Degree in Osteopathy in 2016. She studied Osteopathy because she simply wanted to help relieve people of pain and get them back to their everyday hobbies and activities that they enjoy. Zo became interested in osteopathy after sustaining an injurywhile in professional training at the English National Ballet School. She trained and graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy) in 2014 and then spent a few years working as an Osteopath in New Zealand.
