We went for this accommodation as it had a Jacuzzi but we were very surprised that the water was green. Tom the owner (a very nice gentleman) said that this was 'no concern' and he would happily clean it for us but it would take sometime and may not be ready for the next day as it takes a long time to heat. There were two other gentlemen using the accommodation, this wasn't the owners fault but we found them using the TV room which was right next to our room and leaving ALL the lights and TV on. The sink in the bathroom had a 'waterfall' type of tap which you had to get it just about right so not

Comfortable B&B, use of lounge and hot tub outside. Great full English breakfast. Close to local pub. Parking a bit tight due to building work close buy, but sure Tom the owner will sort it.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, tea, kettle, hot shower, nice breakfast with a choice of cereals, and it was right next to the place we were visiting. What more could one ask for?

Stopped 1 night in March while working out of bruntingthorpe.When I arrived I rang owner Tom as he lives a few yards away, he showed me where everything was nice homely room and a good night sleep also good pub 3 mins up road for food and drink will stop again when in area
