There is no better place to relax. Sitting in our garden on a summer's day with a Pimms or a long cool cordial, or cosying up by the roaring log fire in the winter, with warming drinks and a hearty meal. Walking and cycling in West Dorset provides an abundance of choice from the Jurassic Coast path, to undulating hills, stunning valleys and beautiful villages.

Park your car at Pymore and take a walk beside the River Brit or along one of the many footpaths and bridleways that abound in this beautiful corner of Dorset, before returning for a delicious meal or a refreshing drink.

About
Report
Originally built in the 1750s as a gentleman's residence, the Pymore Inn has been a pub for over 200 years. During the 19th century, the Pymore Inn was both the pub and village shop, serving the local community of almost 100 workers from the local mill. Full of character and history, this beautiful West Dorset inn is packed with charm and ambience.
Food & Drink
Report
As a free house, we offer many real ales and ciders, sourced locally and from further afield, with regularly changing guest ales. Rest assured, you'll be happy for a few hours to slip away as the log fire burns. Carefully chosen to complement the food menu, our wine list represents an excellent balance between value and quality, with a broad selection of local and international wines supplied by local independent wine merchants Morrish & Banham.
