We have stayed in a Peak Venues property previously so was looking forward to another weekend with friends in another of their properties. Unfortunately due to current Covid-19 restrictions this has been cancelled. I booked with Peak Venues not only because their properties are gorgeous but because they were very proactive at the beginning of the year with their refund policy. They have kept me up to date all the way through in a time that must be very difficult for them with restrictions changing weekly. They honoured a full refund without having to prompt or chase. I made a booking on Sykes cottage and the cancelled on me last minute without any updates and I found peak venues on google. This company is the best! Excellent customer service if there was 1 million starts I would rate it a million stars. I would like to give a huge thanks to Zoe for helping me out throughout the whole process.

FLY INFESTATION from neighboring farm!! I stayed here recently for a weekend with a large group. My overriding memories will be of the volume of big, bluebottle type flies covering every wall in every room. There was no way we could have eaten or even prepared food on the premises. It was particularly disturbing for one of the elder members of the group as they once knew an old lady that swallowed a fly - which initiated a spate of increasingly harrowing incidents of her swallowing wildlife in the hope it would remedy the situation - anyway, to cut a long story short, she ended up eating a live

We just wanted to say thank you so much to Peak Venues, we got married in September (sorry about the delayed review!) and we had a large number of UK and overseas guests who needed accommodation. 35 of us stayed in River Cottage, Thornbridge Manor and Lodge, the standard is truly 5 star! Such beautiful properties, we didn't want to leave! The service from booking to leaving was amazing, the information they send out beforehand was so helpful, thank you once again for your outstanding service in such a vital part of our wedding x

Thanks for a refreshing weekend break. We stayed at the Crookd Barn, a fantastic property in a wonderful remote situation. We had an excellent meal on Saturday night at The Royal Oak just down the road with a much needed walk home after dinner and had a choice of all varieties of fresh eggs for breakfast from the farm next door. All made picture perfect by the snow.
