We offer three distinct options: Coach House self-catering cottage for 2-6 people, Alstonefield Camping Barn for up to 12 guests, and exclusive group camping field accommodating up to 50 campers with basic facilities.
Are pets allowed at your accommodations?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. The Coach House allows one dog (or two small breeds) with a £10/day charge. Camping facilities permit two dogs maximum with strict control requirements due to our working farm environment.
What nearby attractions should I visit?
We're near Manifold Valley Cycle Trail (5-min walk), Dovedale Stepping Stones (20-min drive), and Alton Towers Resort (30-min drive). Local villages offer pubs, artisan shops, and scenic walks directly from our doorstep with Peak District landscapes surrounding the property.

Our group camping field exclusively hosts up to 50 people with basic facilities, ideal for Duke of Edinburgh groups, school trips, or family gatherings. We don't accommodate weddings or celebrations but focus on outdoor education and nature immersion experiences.

We had a lovely week here at Easter, renting both cottages. Theresa, Robert and Sam were very welcoming and friendly. The cottages were as described, clean and well furnished. Our hosts took us down onto the farm to see the newborn lambs and learn about farming in general. They really couldn't have been any more accommodating. The properties are located in the most wonderful rolling countryside offering fantastic views especially from Wetton hill, 15 minutes stroll from the farm. The local Manifold and Dovedale valleys are both accessible on foot from the farm and Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock
