We offer exclusive corporate retreat packages at Shiningford venues with accommodation for up to 34 delegates. Our packages include meeting spaces, team-building activities, and catering services. The venues feature breakout areas, gardens for outdoor activities, and modern facilities to support productive business events in a relaxed countryside setting.
Luxury Accommodation
We provide luxury self-catering accommodation for groups of 12-35 guests across four Peak District properties. Each venue features multiple bedrooms, hot tubs, swimming pools, and spacious communal areas. Our properties include Shiningford Manor, The Stables, The Tack Room, and Shepherd's View Lodge for various group sizes and requirements.
Team Building
We arrange team-building activities at our venues and local outdoor centres. Options include climbing walls, archery, bushcraft skills, and sports challenges. Our half-day packages start at 32 per person with alternatives like bubble football and dodgeball available at 26 per delegate for group bookings.
Catering Services
We offer in-house catering packages starting at 199 + VAT per delegate, including meals and refreshments. Additional options feature three-course dinners from 39.50 per person and bespoke menus from local caterers. Our services cover fine dining experiences, hog roasts, and wood-fired pizza for special occasions.
Outdoor Activities
We provide access to Peak District outdoor activities including raft building at Carsington Water, climbing, zip-lining, and alpaca walks. Our partnerships with local providers enable guests to book guided adventures, self-guided treasure trails, and seasonal activities like ice-skating and balloon flights.

As a group of family members ( 30 +) we booked accommodation with Ashbourne Self catering Ltd ( ashbourneselfcatering.com), also know as PMW property ( julia@ pmwproperty.com). last week entirely due to the current restrictions government has quite rightly placing on society, we firstly tried to postpone the 4 day holiday until later in the year or next year, not an option according to Ashbourne, they would allow a 10% refund if we cancelled giving 14 days notice, they have retained over 3,000 ( reservation no 1092979) and then immediately advertised the property again. We have complied with

Just checked out after a fantastic long weekend at Shiningford. Fabulous old Manor House, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Spent the whole weekend outside in the amazing grounds. Playing in the swimming pool, games in the garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Great walk around the Carsington Reservoir, which is a stone’s through away. Staff very responsive to our questions / enquires. Thanks Michelle, we definitely recommend staying here 😊
