I just wanted to put in writing how pleased I am that I found ’Not Just Backs’. After being told I had 6-9 weeks of sciatica pain to just griz out with painkillers over the summer holidays with three young kids in tow I was seriously depressed. I’m SO pleased I gave osteopathy a go, as I am now totally pain free and I honestly feel like I have my… life back again. The pain was so debilitating, and was really affecting how I could parent (or not!). I’m amazed it only took 3 sessions, and I think Cameron is a real credit to your company. He immediately put me at ease

Had my first ever treatment at not just backs today and saw a lovely lady called Rebecca she made me feel incredibly welcome and relaxed from the moment she greeted me in the waiting room. And as for the treatment that was absolutely fantastic. She listened to everything I needed and got right to work on it explaining her every move educating me as she went. I would give 10 stars if I could. I honestly feel amazing after one session. Can't wait for my follow up. 😊

I've been visiting NJB for some years and would like to highly recommend Rhian Osborne who has a very dedicated, professional and empathetic approach. 2 weeks ago I was cleaning 😩, bent over to put something away and got stuck , couldn’t move, excruciating pain..... I am normally fit, well and active..... so a phone call to Not Just Backs and they fitted me in that day.... that exam by Rebecca resulted in a referral to ED..... luckily it was not a fractured vertebrae, so returned to the confidant… and compassionate Rebecca.
She worked miracles, and I am now mobile, back at work.... NHS, so no lockdown for me. I can’t recommend this practice enough. I attended @ Salisbury practice. I went there as I had taken my daughter
