He caused unnecessary delays then blamed everyone else for this. Unsympathetic. Constantly have to chase him to get things down or for an update. He sent the requested important documents way too late and in the end cost me money. Complained and he took 8 weeks to write a patronising response. Completely incompetent at his job.
