Today I was inform by Nicky Dickson After Sales Manager and Director, that there was 2 ways of joining muliple leisure batteries in parallel and using different batteries of size, type and make. The Dicksons of Perth way and not the correct way.

We thought that we had found the perfect motorhome for us - a 2018 Elddis 175 - and decided to buy. We agreed with the salesman that it would come with new habitation certificate, 1yr MOT and 1yr warranty. All seemed correct when we collected the motorhome however we had already arranged for an independent check immediately afterwards. This is when it all went wrong! The habitation certificate provided by Dicksons gave moisture readings of no more than 11% and stated 'no cause for concern' . The independent check gave moisture readings of between 20 and 40%! We immediately returned the motorhome

I purchased my Motorhome from DIcksons earlier this year. The salesman Tim Dickson was everything anyone needs when making such a large investment. He was thoroughly professional, never pushy and always gave options of other vehicles to look at and compare during the purchase process.the sale went through very smoothly. Reluctantly we had to sell it again and Tim handled the sale and sold it within a day. A superb service from a top company. Make them your first port of call when purchasing.

Over the last 6 years, whether renting, buying, selling or getting work done in their workshop, we have had a first class service from Dicksons. They have always been friendly, open and fair in their dealings with us, throwing in plenty of good advice and humour. So we have no hesitation in recommending Dicksons to others.
