Services
Topographical Surveys
Topographical surveys capture detailed terrain features using advanced equipment. These surveys support construction, planning, and environmental projects by providing accurate elevation and landform data. Clients benefit from precise digital models for design and regulatory compliance.
Underground Utility Mapping
Underground utility mapping identifies buried services using Ground Penetrating Radar and PAS128 standards. This service prevents excavation risks and ensures safe infrastructure development. Clients receive detailed maps to guide construction and maintenance work safely.
Laser Scanning
Laser scanning creates high-resolution 3D models of structures and sites. This technology supports BIM, heritage preservation, and complex engineering projects. Clients gain precise digital replicas for analysis, design, and documentation purposes.
Measured Building Surveys
Measured building surveys produce accurate floor plans and elevations using laser technology. These surveys aid property management, refurbishment, and space optimisation. Clients receive detailed CAD drawings compliant with RICS standards for lease plans and development.
UAV Surveys
UAV surveys capture aerial data for large sites using drones. This service provides rapid, cost-effective site analysis for construction and environmental monitoring. Clients benefit from high-resolution imagery and topographic models for project planning.

Mar 18, 2021 Report
I recently used Malcolm Hughes for a complex boundary issue relating to a property I'm in the process of buying which included unregistered land within the existing boundary, as well as other registered land which I was looking to buy and include within the property boundary. Every aspect of the experience was professional, customer focused and friendly - always quick to respond, understanding the problems and time constraints I was facing and just giving me confidence that it was achievable. A great team of people from the account assistant , the surveyor on site and the management team - couldn
