This hotel helped me immensely when I visited son who promptly had breakdown in central London. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for a couple of nights until he was fit to travel

The beds where extremely comfortable with a harder and a softer pillow, room was clean and had a large tv which you could watch youtube, movies and room controls such as the lights and room service. The towels where soft and a good amount of toiletrys where provided, staff where so helpful and accommodating with us and leaving suitcases to be minded

3rd time in this hotel for business trip. Excellent services, personnel very helpful, clean rooms. Breakfast used to be better prior COVID and I missed the snack bar (closed for now) but we enjoyed the stay as always.

Great location in Stratford. Walking distance from the Tube station and Westfield SC. I had a "Deluxe" Double Balcony Room. The balcony was a great size. The room was clean, bed comfy with plenty of pillows, soft towels. Ah few noticeable issues that I took a Star off for - no fridge in the room (my stay was 4 days so it would have been nice), large shower head that had issues with flow of water, and the Wifi didn't work in the room. The room itself is small BUT the balcony makes up for it. Great TV channel options. I'll definitely be back to stay. The staff were super friendly too. :))
