Audi Macclesfield. I have had some bad customer service but Inchcape Audi at Macclesfield managed to top it. Bought a used vehicle in October and immediately knew it had a fault. Took ages to get it in the workshop. The fault was not covered by the extended warranty but the dealership failed to take any responsibility for it and no one contacted me about it for nearly a week. I ended up just collecting it and another week later I am still to receive any contact. Appalling service, do not use!!!

I spoke to Andy on the Wednesday who walked me through my options and gave me personalized advice based on my requirements rather than trying to sell me the most expensive vehicle. I popped in the next day and the whole buying process was dealt with quickly and so efficiently, I even had a call within just a few days to give me an update on shipping and the ETA of getting the car! Andy was extremely helpful and genuine and made the whole process a delight. Thank you!
