Sports Injuries
Our osteopaths specialise in diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries using manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises. We address muscle strains, ligament damage, and joint issues to restore mobility and prevent recurrence. Tailored treatment plans focus on improving biomechanics and enhancing athletic performance for recreational and professional athletes.
Cranial Osteopathy
This subtle technique involves gentle manipulation of the skull's rhythmic movements to alleviate tension, headaches, and neurological imbalances. It benefits patients of all ages, particularly those with chronic pain, stress-related conditions, or post-traumatic symptoms. Our practitioners combine cranial work with structural adjustments for holistic musculoskeletal care.
Paediatric Care
We provide safe, non-invasive osteopathic care for infants and children, addressing birth trauma, developmental delays, and musculoskeletal issues. Treatments support neurological development, postural alignment, and overall wellbeing. Our practitioners hold specialist postgraduate qualifications in paediatric osteopathy for evidence-based, gentle interventions.
Pregnancy Support
Osteopathic treatments during pregnancy relieve back pain, pelvic discomfort, and postural strain through gentle techniques. We address biomechanical changes to improve comfort and prepare the body for labour. Postnatal care focuses on restoring core strength and resolving musculoskeletal imbalances after childbirth.
Joint Pain Management
We target joint pain in knees, shoulders, hips, and wrists using manual therapy, mobilisation, and exercise prescription. Treatments reduce inflammation, improve range of motion, and address compensatory movement patterns. Our approach combines structural adjustments with lifestyle advice to manage chronic conditions like arthritis.

Went to Dirk with a trapped nerve in my shoulder and was miserable. I couldnt lift my arm and was in pain every day and night. Couldnt put my clothes on without help . After four sessions it was free. I can lift my arm fully and no pain. My husband went with his back and is now pain free. Totally amazing. Highly recommend.
