We have felt very cared for by Zen over the last 18 months with them helping us reach our business and personal goals. This last while for us in particular - Saj and her team worked hard and quickly at the drop of a hat to help us secure a mortgage. They prioritised us to get it processed in time to secure our dream home. With only one year of books this was a tricky task to do to get a mortgage secured, and to have everything the bank would ask for, almost always out the blue without notice and Saj and her team would produce and get what was needed prepared for the bank. I have worked with Saj and the team for a number of years now. Zen and the team are a big part of my business and helped me grow over the years. Not only they look after my books and all the things I simply can not do myself but also make you feel like a part of Zen family. No question is too small or big to ask and its always promptly answered in a way you understand. There has been many times I pressed sent email thinking omg Saj is going to think Im silly but every time she made me feel so at ease with her answer and put my mind at to rest. Well what can I say. I have been working with Saj and the team at zen for years now and have watched the business grow. I see the zen team as an extension of our business, they look after all of our financial matters from book keeping to just providing us with support. During the Covid Pandemic the team have been so busy helping people with many things but always have time to answer questions as well as having zoom consultations when we haven't been able to visit the office.
