Do you want to improve your health and well being? Would you like to increase flexibility/mobility and strength and help the body to function better? Do you need to slow down, calm the mind and reduce stress- or perhaps improve your energy levels? My Yoga is suitable for all levels and ages and includes yoga postures, breath awareness and relaxation.

As yoga is non competitive, everyone can develop a personal practice to suit. You can practise with great benefit at a gentle /beginner level or equally at a more challenging and advanced level. Please read the benefits of Yoga, about me and contact information here on my web site.

Report
Includes yoga poses and movement, restorative practices with props and relaxation (this is a more restorative class than Wednesday's). Yoga for all abilities-particularly suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentler, physical practice. Cost: 45 unlimited access for 5 weeks; 37.50 for any 5 classes; 8.50 per class contact me to book or for further information.
Meditation

Meditation has increasingly become part of my life and daily practice and I really value it. It has so many benefits for physical and mental health, reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration, helping us to be kinder to ourselves and to stand back a little from what's going on around us.
One To One
Report
Sessions are usually in my yoga studio and/ or garden at 51 Westmorland Road Felixstowe IP11 9TJ or I can travel to you. Zoom 121 also available. You can have a regular practice on your own or with a friend or two, at a time to suit. People soon start to notice the benefits, particularly when combined with a short home practice.
Weekend Yoga Workshops

For anyone who would like time to themselves in a relaxing setting, with chance to explore and practise yoga for longer than the usual class allows. Yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for all abilities. Come and de-stress with yoga and give yourself a boost of positive energy in a peaceful, countryside setting.
Zoom Yoga Classes

50pm : Evening yoga to de-stress and unwind and help you get a good night's sleep. Includes yoga poses and movement, restorative practices using simple props and relaxation (this is a more restorative class than Wednesday's). Just to say how much I enjoyed the yoga session tonight, as I think we all did.
