Was recommended by a fellow Parent at Prendergast federation after using the nonsense store next door who never have stock, and are very rude, since using the services of Bailwood it has taken the stress out of uniform buying, really effective and know the sizes to give my kids at the school. Will defo be using this store more often and keeping away from the shop next door and that shop in Sydenham that sells poor quality clothing. Thanks Bailwood

Customer service is HORRIBLE.I was treated today the same as Stephen and Jody Smith mentioned above here. The woman did not let me to choose what I want to buy for my child.The guy - Muhammad was very rude. Improve your skills if you want to do this business,try fulfill customers needs and expectations.

Every experience in this school shop is always amazing but today topped it. ... Quick, efficient service. Knew what size my child would need without question and was spot on ... Very foul customer service… employees are very forceful, consumer rights do not exist in this store yesterday when I went they force you to get bigger Sizes and they completely disregard my decisions when it comes to sizing for my own children. As a frequent customer to this store I am disappointed in there members of staff. They even refused to offer me a refund which I was entitled to also one of the members of staff said they offer refunds and when I came back they all of a sudden do not. If you love your rights do not shop here.

Just a quick thank you for my order which arrived today. I only ordered on Thursday night and it arrived on Saturday morning! Last year, I made the huge mistake of ordering from a different uniform provider, the order never came and they still took my money which the bank refunded eventually. I came to Bailwood and you were able to kit my daughter out with ease.
Anyway just wanted to say thanks as I was a bit worried ordering online after last year but i needn’t have worried. Fantastic service along with everything fitting perfectly.

Great! Quick, professional service. Can take one look at my child and tell me his size, I had my list which we sorted in no time, it was cheaper then the other uniform shops and doesn't cut corners on quality. Ethical and anti-slavery sourced products plus it's a family run business. Left sorted for September and happy!
