Our physiotherapists are here to provide a comprehensive variety of treatments in addition to relevant advice when required.
Professional Physiotherapy

For those with pain we aim to alleviate pain through a comprehensive assessment so we can diagnose what is causing your pain. With our 'hands on' approach we aim to take the pain away. A personalised Home Exercise Programme will be given so there is no need for extensive or prolonged intervention.
Physio Led Pilates

Pilates strengthens the muscles specifically targeting those muscles involved with posture and it also improves overall flexibility of the body. Pilates aids recovery from injury or pain and helps decrease the risk of further injury occuring. Small classes are held in our gym at Omagh Physiotherapy or slightly bigger classes are held at either Omagh Golf Club or at the Hospital Road Community Centre.
Running Medicine

Do you suffer from Achilles tendon pain, Anterior knee pain, Sciatic pain, Iliotibial band Syndrome (ITBS)? Our running clinic undertakes a thorough assessment of your running and injury history along with a treadmill based assessment of your running technique. This allows our highly skilled physiotherapists to establish an individualised treatment plan and home exercise programme.
Kids

We offer early intervention for babies, children and young adults with physical disability, neurological disorders or disorders of movement, eg. Cerebral palsy, genetic conditions such as Downs syndrome, DCD, slow to meet motor milestones, talipes, torticollis, post op surgery, Gait issues etc. An initial assessment is required to establish the child's main problems and decide with the family and the child what the main goals of treatment are.
