Sports Injury Treatment
Specialised treatment for sports-related musculoskeletal injuries combines advanced manual therapy with evidence-based rehabilitation techniques. Our approach addresses acute and chronic conditions through soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, and tailored recovery programs. Patients benefit from 18 years of clinical experience treating athletes and active individuals across Northern Ireland.
Back Pain Relief
Targeted interventions for lower and upper back pain utilise spinal manipulation, myofascial release, and posture correction techniques. Treatment plans address disc herniations, sciatica, and muscular imbalances through a combination of hands-on therapy and corrective exercises. Most patients experience significant improvement within initial sessions.
NeuroKinetic Therapy
Advanced manual therapy identifies and corrects dysfunctional movement patterns through muscle testing and targeted release techniques. This three-level certified approach addresses chronic pain and postural issues by reprogramming the body's motor control centre. Sessions integrate kinesiology taping for sustained correction.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Comprehensive treatment of muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries employs sports massage, instrument-assisted techniques, and stretching protocols. Conditions ranging from tennis elbow to plantar fasciitis are addressed through layered approaches combining deep tissue work with rehabilitative exercises.
Postural Assessment
Detailed biomechanical evaluation identifies structural imbalances contributing to pain and dysfunction. Using gait analysis and range-of-motion testing, we develop corrective strategies addressing issues from flat feet to cervical strain. Treatment integrates orthotic advice and ergonomic recommendations.

Recently had an online session with Philip due to the current covid situation. Philip was able to assess and instruct me during the "virtual session" and gather enough information to advise me on a rehab program to help with my injuries. Brilliant service and the "online session" is a great option for anyone who is in need of help during this time when a "hands-on session" isn't possible.

At first I was a little sceptical about an online physio appointment, I have been going to Philip for several years now and knew he was familiar with the problems I had. I was desperate to get relief from back pain, unsure how it would work I thought it would be best to discuss it with Philip first, I wasnt sure how it was going to work online. He… assured me he could still help via a video call. I am a 100% glad I did. I described where the pain was and he was able to talk me through how to release it, and how to test out what was causing it. After having released symptomatic areas he then
