All beef is from our own prize winning herd and the recently established (2004) Beechmoor Herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, which are only fed natural feeds.

Since formation in 2004 the herd continues to be successful, the Aberdeen Angus, is a native breed of Scotland, renowned for being the best quality beef in this country, maturing more slowly on natural fertile grass, having marbling in the meat gives a more succulent eating quality and a tender texture.
