From initial enquiry to the completion of the sale of my late mother's bungalow the professional, friendly approach by Palmers has been of the highest standard. The sale had been complicated in that the property had been subject to a Deed of Trust which entailed a new trustee being appointed prior to that actual sale. All correspondence whether in physical or electronic format has been dealt with in a timely manner. Any restrictions due to Covid were minimised and any delay only caused by third parties. Very disappointed with their will service and complaint handling. We've been misinformed by their will specialist. When we questioned this, we did not get an answer. When we officially complained, nothing happened. Very disconcerting.

Quite a simple request to assist with the completion of the verification of a signature but it was made during the time when the coronavirus pandemic meant that getting hold of a solicitor was incredibly difficult.
