My parents had been trying to get a full bathroom refurb for 3 years and were let down time and time again by people turning up to look at the job only to never hear from them again, despite chasing them. So when I contacted Vadim, I wasnt hopeful. However, Vadim responded very quickly to my initial contact, came to look at the job, gave us a detailed quote the same evening and booked the job in. Mateus and Alex turned up when expected and worked really hard every day for two weeks to get the job done. And what a job! The bathroom looks great, my parents are so happy with it. The workmanship

The team have been very professional throughout. They drew up plans for the bathroom so it was entirely clear what the finished result would be. They have installed a full shower room, including lighting, radiator and new doors, leaving everything tidy when finished. At all times the team have been polite and respectful. We are very happy with the results.
