This review is solely for Dani Martin who on her first day with Hockley Developments stepped in to support us on the completion of our purchases of 337 and 339 Porchester Road when we were not given any handover by the previous incumbent who was not interested as she was leaving on that day. Without Dani 's intervention, perseverance and level of commitment, issues that arose initially would not have been resolved so quickly and to our satisfaction. She has also been great at providing ongoing support. Thanks for everything Dani.

Purchased one of the terraced houses on Gladstone Street Nottingham from Hockley and within a month of occupancy had a bathroom leak which has damaged the ceiling downstairs. Getting this sorted has been ongoing for almost two months now and still unresolved. Very, very disappointed in the Hockley team who have not responded and dealt with this promptly.

Bought a 3 bedroom house for myself and my family. Very happy with the price and the level of finish. Hockley were very helpful, and updated me throughout. Dealt with snagging quickly, and were available when required. Kids and wife love the house.

Was introduced to Hockley Developments by a friend that had bought. Customer Service excellent, and very happy with the two bed apartment I have bought. Handover on completion very smooth, and next to no snagging (which was dealt with quickly). Felt in good hands all the way through the buying process. Ideal with them having a head office in Nottingham. Would recommend for anyone looking to buy in Nottingham.

Highly recommend! After visiting several properties have chosen one! Team are all friendly, and helpful, and no high pressure selling. They talked me through the Help to Buy opportunity and I worked with my own mortgage broker. Some nice properties at good prices in Nottingham - all close to the city centre. Would recommend speaking to them!
