Seemed knowledgable, but had a bit of a superiority complex. Wasnt willing to explain or talk through options properly. I was made to feel stupid for not understanding. Maybe it was me not being pro active enough and making him clarify everything. Still yet to find a competent and friendly tradesman. Always one or the other, or neither.
