Clear and concise communication. I personally dealt with Zoe and she was amazing. Always taking my calls and emailing me back as soon as possible. Compared to other letting agents I was really impressed. Zoe sorted everything out in under a week and communicated everything to me thoroughly and never ran out of patience with me even though I asked many questions. Great experience.

I have the pleasure of using Norfolk Property Management for 3 of my properties. However Im very lucky to have Zoe as my contact. Zoe is amazing. Quick to respond. Knows the exact approach to take. I expect a high standard and this is exactly what I get. Zoe reacts to concerns quickly and efficiently. One of my properties is challenging. However I feel confident even though it takes more focus this is not a concern snd any matter Is dealt with.
