I needed a place to stay at short notice, and this company was very responsive to what I needed. They were very willing and able to assist when I had a query or issue with the house and often fixed it that very same day. they had a lot of services I wouldn't have considered as part of the rent and did not charge for services used to fix the house. They always gave notice before accessing the property and gave me my deposit back in its entirety. Much better than any letting agency I have used before.

Terrible contact, reservations mean nothing and rude. Photo explains most of this. I am a mature student who when trying to rent a room was told by messenger I had reserved it and that I would be emailed me shortly to proceed with renting the room. After a week I started to get a little concerned that no email had been sent, but had heard nothing otherwise so assumed it was still reserved. During this time I turned down other places that got back in touch with me, as I had this room with Pearl Lettings reserved. Though, as I had not received the promised email, I contacted Pearl Lettings by messenger
