Beyond garbage service. I spent extra money to order "next day 1pm delivery" and it arrived a week later due to delays on their end, and they refused to refund the expense. Because of this, I wasn't able to get my prescription at all because I'm now stuck outside the country due to covid, and their response when I told them all of this was basically "good luck."
In general, I found their prescription ordering section of the website extremely unintuitive, and I had a lot of issues with the website where I had to fill out my details about 10 times as buttons weren't working. It was confusing and

They're trans friendly and work with GenderGP to get me my private prescriptions. That alone would be worth five stars in my book, but they also dispatch really quickly and have tonnes of delivery options to choose from. Very pleased with all of my orders thus far.

It's fake place. Firstly the website stated free delivery for order over 15, but the free delivery option is not selectable on the check out page; then after i paid good and over 5 for a 24hrs delivery, I haven't received anything after 3 day not even an email. be careful, not choose this website

I want to speak about Sarah in your Dispensary Team. I so appreciate what she did for me recently. I am transitioning from male to female, not yet full time as a woman so still living with my wife. I get my HRT meds from you but I don't want my wife to see or have to sign for them when they arrive, would be rubbing her nose in it. Sarah knew about my situation and tried to contact me to inform me that my requested delivery slot could not be guaranteed. She didn't get a response from me in time so decided NOT to ship my meds until we'd spoken to make other arrangements. I so appreciate her concern

I needed to fill a private prescription and found the Clear Chemist process easy and straightforward. One of my items was not available anywhere, so I just resigned myself to not getting it, but Sarah contacted me to say she had found one box and would I like it!! Incredible service! And then the next day she contacted me again to say she had been able to fill the complete prescription. Amazing service and I am very grateful!
