Great service called up yesterday to confirm that they had received my prescription and advised I would be down in about an hour called earlier in the end and and my prescription was ready it was a big order with with unusual items on. It's great that they carry stock of most medication the lady on the front desk Karen was very friendly and has also been very friendly and helpful on every other occasion. The pharmacist Paul even took the time to come over with my medication and asked if I was ok with everything even took the time to discuss my condition with him to which he showed great empathy

Brilliant place. Always seem to carry stock of my painkillers, when my regular pharmacy doesn't have any. Open 7 days a week. Late opening and has a lots of lovely bits and bobs to buy.

Called on Sunday as a last gasp effort to find the medication my wife required, spoke to a brilliant chap who couldn't have been more helpful, really went out of well to be helpful and caring and took a genuine interest in what I was requiring. A seriously good service and I can't recommend highly enough.

Called in to pick up prescription, told on van, but unable to deliver as no one in at the time, told will be put on the van and sent out in the afternoon ... mum sat waiting, never arrived, sister rang to find out what had happened and told bec I hadn't phoned them to rearrange it, it was back at the chemist, although I had been in, in the morning!!!! Not an ideal service

Whilst I don't live in Widnes, I have worked here for the last 11 years ( Mitchell Charlesworth Insurance, Lunts Heath Road). So I was very pleased to have on option on the NHS vaccine booking website to have Appleton Village Pharmacy as a choice. So I chose Widnes over my own local vaccination centre. It was a very good choice.
